D: cook born or made? WHAT 'S YOUR MEMORY MORE' IN THE 'IN THE TIME THAT HAS TO DO WITH THE KITCHEN?

avro 'had 4 or 5 years old, my mother made me taste a piece of meat broth that really made me shudder, but not to disappoint you held it in his mouth and then spit it out without his knowledge in the garden ... : D

D: ARRIVES FOR ALL (thankfully) A TIME WHEN, YOU WANT TO OR NEED TO ', it takes "seriously" to tinker in the kitchen When is YOUR' STATE?

I had to learn to 'cook' already 'in elementary school, my mother worked and I was alone at lunch

D: PASSION IN THE KITCHEN .. I bet few here COOKING ONLY FOR THE INSTINCT TO EAT! COOKING FOR YOU AND ':

the desire to try new things and the desire to reproduce other already' well known

Q: WHAT DOES IT MEAN FOR YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE A NEW COURSE?

the hope of finding new flavors to add to those already 'well known and already' tested and perfected

D: A JOURNEY OUT SOME TIME AWAY FROM HOME: A large part with the paranoia of "what will give us to eat?" 'SO' for you?

ever. When I leave I hope that you can always try new things that maybe so far I have only theoretical knowledge

Q: About traveling .. YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH THE FAST-FOOD?

fast food every now and then that's fine. I still remember the hopeful expectation when in 1975 (I lived in Germany) was launched on Big Mac .. I was curious how I managed to bite into that giant 10 cm high. I dismounted to eat, and I still loved it. And I'm not ashamed at all. I still like today ... :)

Q: REALLY A PHILOSOPHICAL QUESTION: WHEN IS THE PASTA ROOM WATER?

after the start of boiling, especially when using stainless steel pots, as you scrub the pan first salting.

Q: The last question of this interview CAN NOT ' BE THAT KIND OF Marzullo: ask a question and give yourself an answer!

myself a question that depends on my current state of health (I'm in the odor of celiac disease): you can 'eat well even without gluten? A dry I would say absolutely not, but basically, since I am an incurable omnivorous, I will simply 'of what' the convent will want to 'pass me, if anything, it appears ill. Sure and 'hard without pasta (not that long ...), cakes, Pandora and panettone, without slices breaded, supple' and codfish 'fried, without cookies, croissants and pastries various ... However I still have some hope, maybe I only temporary intolerance ...
